Admin
Description
Admin provides server administration tools: administrative clothing, free camera, teleportation, object inspection, copying, moving and deletion, and player markers on the map. It is a public module; grant access through Permissions.
Administrative mode and the complete administrative outfit have different effects. The Toggle Admin control enables the tools without replacing the inventory or granting outfit protection. The /admin command equips the outfit and enables damage protection. To activate outfit mode by dressing manually, start with administrative mode disabled and wear administrative items in all five slots (body, feet, gloves, headgear and legs), with admin permission. If Toggle Admin is already active, turn it off first or use /admin. Removing part of the outfit disables that mode during the periodic clothing check.
While administrative mode is active, building and dismantling actions are immediate, construction can supply missing materials, magazines refill when detached from the weapon and the weapon is repaired if it is not ruined, and the administrator cannot be restrained by another player or restrain themselves. Outfit mode additionally suppresses player sound events, coughing and contaminated-area exposure. These effects depend on the active mode; permissions alone do not activate them.

| Option | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
m_Items | array<string> | Item classes created for the player after /admin equips the selected outfit. Use valid class names. An empty list adds no extra items; it does not remove the outfit. |
m_Items defines extra equipment, not the clothing preset or who receives administrative access.
Types
The XML below covers administrative clothing, including black, white, Halloween, Santa and invisible variants. These items are also equipped by /admin; adding them to the economy is optional and does not grant permissions to whoever wears them.

</type>Controls
Assign keys in the game's control settings. The Admin-specific controls below have no default key binding in the distributed input configuration. Most require administrative mode to be active; Toggle Admin enables that mode without changing equipment and does not disable outfit mode while the complete administrative outfit is active.
| Control | Action |
|---|---|
| Toggle Admin | Toggles administrative tools without changing the inventory. |
| Admin FreeCam | Enters or leaves the free camera. |
| Admin Teleport | Teleports to the point under the cursor; also responds while held. |
| Admin Copy Object | Copies the targeted object's inventory data to the player's clipboard. |
| Admin Cut Object | Saves the targeted object to the clipboard and deletes the original immediately. |
| Admin Paste Object | Creates the saved object at the cursor and empties the clipboard. Copy or cut again before another paste. |
| Admin Delete Objects | Requests deletion and confirms it when used again within 2 seconds. Holding the control can also confirm deletion. |
| Admin Move Object | Selects a movable object and commits its new position and orientation when used again. Vehicles cannot be selected by this control. |
| Admin Object Information | Displays the targeted object's class, position, lifetime and additional available information. |
Cutting and deleting remove objects from the world. Verify the target before using either control. Deletion can also select nearby objects within 1 metre of the cursor position when no entity is directly targeted. The clipboard is temporary server memory, not a persistent backup.
While moving an object, use the configured optic zoom controls to rotate it: without modifiers for yaw, with Alt for pitch, with Ctrl for roll, or with Shift to change height. The reload control levels pitch and roll and adjusts height to the cursor; Shift plus reload cancels and restores the original transform.
Admin night vision uses the game's Toggle NVG control. On the Map module, Shift plus a map click teleports to that position. Player markers require admin.map.players and administrative mode.
In free camera, the distributed bindings are W/A/S/D to move, Q/Z to rise or descend, mouse movement to aim, Shift to accelerate, Ctrl to slow down, the mouse wheel to change speed, F to change field of view and G to snap to the ground. These bindings can be changed in the control settings.
Commands
Chat commands require their command.* permission in addition to the requirements listed for each action. Configure these identifiers in Permissions; root satisfies every permission check.
/admin
Equips an administrative outfit and extra items from m_Items. Saves the previous inventory before clearing it. Running the command again clears the current inventory and restores the saved one.
- Syntax:
/admin [outfit] - Arguments: optional
outfit:black, white, halloween, santaorinvisible. Omitted or unrecognized values selectblackwhen entering outfit mode. - Permissions:
command.adminandadmin, orroot. - Example:
/admin black
Items acquired while wearing the outfit are removed when the saved inventory is restored. Outfit changes do not preserve the current administrative inventory. Keep the saved inventory data intact until restoration is complete. The command is limited by a 2-second cooldown.
/freecam
Toggles the administrative free camera. Administrative mode must already be active. The assigned Admin FreeCam control invokes the same action without the chat command permission.
- Syntax:
/freecam - Arguments: none required.
- Permissions:
command.freecamandadmin.freecam, orroot. - Example:
/freecam
/mapshowitems
Adds markers to the Map module for items of the given class tracked by the economy and reports their count. It does not create items or enable administrative mode. The Map module is required to display the markers.
- Syntax:
/mapshowitems <class> - Arguments: exactly one required item class name.
- Permission:
command.mapshowitemsorroot. This handler does not require administrative mode or an additionaladmin.*permission. - Example:
/mapshowitems Shovel
/reload admin
Reloads Admin.json through the general Commands module. Changes to m_Items apply when equipping the next administrative outfit; they do not replace the current equipment.
- Syntax:
/reload admin - Arguments:
adminidentifies the module to reload. - Permission:
command.reloadorroot. - Example:
/reload admin
Permissions
Assign permissions to the intended administrative group as described in Permissions. The following identifiers control the standard Admin controls and checks; admin does not automatically include the other permissions.
| Permission | Action |
|---|---|
admin | Allows toggling administrative mode and using /admin with its chat permission. Required for activating outfit mode through clothing checks. |
admin.freecam | Allows the free-camera control and the /freecam action. |
admin.teleport | Allows the cursor teleport control. |
admin.map.teleport | Allows Shift plus a map click to teleport. |
admin.map.players | Allows player markers on the administrative map. |
admin.clipboard | Allows copy, cut and paste controls. |
admin.delete | Allows the object deletion control. |
admin.moveobject | Allows the object movement control. |
admin.nvg | Allows administrative night vision through Toggle NVG. |
Object inspection has no separate admin.* permission in the standard control; it requires active administrative mode. Grant the command.* permissions listed beside each command when chat access is needed.
