Commands

Description

The Commands module provides the following commands for use in the mod's chat.

Commands

Enter commands in chat with the / prefix. In the syntax below, <value> is a required argument and [option] is an optional argument; do not type the < > or [ ] characters.

Commands that affect your own character must be run in-game.

The server also reads commands from $profile:AC/commands.txt. Write one command per line, in lowercase and without the / prefix. Each read consumes one line from the file.

text

reload permissions

The default interval is 5 seconds, configurable through AC_CommandTxtReadTime in the server configuration.

This mode runs without an associated character. In this module, it supports day, night, default, exportitems, exportproxydata, reload, kick with a Steam ID and tpp. The other commands on this page require a character and must be used in-game. Chat and notification responses are not available through file execution.

/spawn

Creates objects using the specified class. The default quantity is 1 and the limit per execution is 50. Without destination options, objects are created at the player's position.

text
/spawn <class>[:quantity] [me|to|ai] [debug]
/spawn BandageDressing:3 me
  • Permission: command.spawn or root.
  • Arguments: class: required class name; quantity, destination and debug: optional modifiers described below.
OptionBehavior
:quantityNumber of objects to create, clamped to the range from 1 to 50.
meCreates items in the player's inventory.
toTries to use a nearby object as a container, searching within 5 meters. If no container is found, creates objects at the player's position.
aiCreates a creature of the specified class.
debugRuns debug initialization on the created item; the result depends on its class. Does not apply in ai mode.

INFO

The to option does not select the object under your cursor or guarantee the nearest container. Creating items in an inventory depends on available space and item compatibility.

If options are combined, ai takes priority over me, to and debug; in item mode, me takes priority over to.

/strip

Removes your character's equipment and the item in their hands, including items stored inside that equipment.

text
/strip
  • Permission: command.strip or root.
  • Arguments: none.

WARNING

Removed items are deleted.

/survivor god clone
  • Permission: command.survivor or root.
  • Arguments: god, clone and raw: optional modifiers described below.
OptionBehavior
godDisables damage to the created character.

/teleport

Teleports your character. The /tp alias accepts the same arguments.

text
/teleport <X> <Z>
/teleport <X> <Y> <Z>
/tp 7500 7500
  • Permission: command.teleport (use command.tp for /tp) or root.
  • Arguments: X and Z: required map coordinates; Y: optional height, placed between X and Z.

In the short form, X and Z are the map axes. In the full form, Y represents height. The position goes through the mod's ground-contact adjustment.

/tpp

Teleports another connected player identified by Steam ID. Uses the same coordinates as /teleport.

text
/tpp <SteamID> <X> <Z>
/tpp <SteamID> <X> <Y> <Z>
/tpp 76561198000000000 7500 7500
  • Permission: command.tpp or root.
  • Arguments: SteamID, X and Z: required target and map coordinates; Y: optional height, placed between X and Z.

Permissions

Chat requires the command.<command> permission, configured in Permissions. For example, /heal uses command.heal and /spawn uses command.spawn. The root permission allows all commands. The /tp alias uses command.tp, while /teleport uses command.teleport.

Add the required identifier to the responsible group’s m_Permissions in $profile:AC/Permissions.json and associate players with that group. Each command above lists its exact permission. File commands run directly on the server without a player permission check; restrict access to commands.txt.
